Our Founders
Thomas Rudmik
Co-Founder & CEO, Imaginal Education (USA & Canada) · Founder & CEO, Master’s Academy and College
Thomas Rudmik is an educator, entrepreneur, and visionary leader with more than forty years of experience as a teacher, principal, pastor, inventor, and founder. A 1978 graduate of the University of Toronto (B.Sc., B.Ed.), he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in 2017 by Canada Christian College in recognition of four decades of advancing education in Canada and around the world. In 1997, Thomas founded Master’s Academy and College in Calgary — a K–12 Christian research-and-development school that became the global prototype for Imaginal Education and one of the top-performing schools in Alberta. As Co-Founder and CEO of Imaginal Education, he leads the movement to transform Christian education through a complete ecosystem of educational, technological, and innovation-based solutions. Thomas is the creator of Imaginal Thinking — a Kingdom-centered process of seeing, learning from, and creating the future — and the author of the Imaginal Transformation Series.
Dr. Andy Rudmik
Co-Founder & CTO, Imaginal Education USA
Dr. Andy Rudmik is a systems architect, technology innovator, and entrepreneurial leader with decades of experience in software research, development, and complex-systems modelling. A University of Toronto graduate with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, he has spent his career designing advanced technology systems that solve complex problems and enable transformation at scale. As Co-Founder and CTO of Imaginal Education USA, Andy leads development of the Geenius platform and the broader digital infrastructure behind the Imaginal ecosystem — AI-enabled learning tools, digital content systems, and innovation platforms that support personalized mastery, teacher effectiveness, and student formation. He combines deep technical expertise with a commitment to the Kingdom mission of Imaginal Education: to help form a new generation of Christ Followers, Master Learners, and Imaginal Leaders.

David Crisp is Creative Director at Imaginal Education, where he leads the organization's creative vision across brand, digital experiences, storytelling, and emerging technologies. His work spans filmmaking, photography, product design, web experiences, and AI-driven creative strategy, helping transform complex ideas into meaningful experiences that inspire learners and educators around the world. Since joining the organization, David has built and led multidisciplinary creative teams, producing award-worthy visual content, designing digital products, and shaping the creative direction of educational initiatives that reach audiences across multiple platforms. He believes the most impactful creative work begins with empathy, curiosity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Whether directing a film, designing a digital experience, or crafting a brand narrative, David is passionate about creating work that is both beautiful and purposeful—bringing ideas to life through compelling stories and thoughtful design.
Mark Davidson
National Business Development Director
Mark is a business strategist, entrepreneur, and US Army veteran with a track record of identifying needs and establishing strategic differentials to implement solutions. As a nursing graduate of the US Army Academy of Health Sciences, Medical Center of Excellence, he integrates a structured approach and disciplined execution from his military service and healthcare background into business principles, delivering results with compassionate leadership. Building on decades of foundational clinical expertise, Mark applies his exceptional care practices to optimize operational outcomes and foster high-performing team culture. His methodology for scaling organizations and driving sustainable growth derives from integrating alliances with synergistic partners that share his strong allegiance to outstanding service and client satisfaction. Additionally, he utilizes his experience serving on professional advisory boards to guide organizations and support public interest initiatives. Guided by a profound commitment to actively fulfilling his kingdom assignment, Mark dedicates his acumen to advance the Kingdom and empower his team to create lasting, God-centered transformation across the globe.
